Mauro Montagner, 51, assumes from today's date the role of Chief Executive Officer of Edizione Property SpA, the 100% subsidiary of Edizione Srl active in the real estate sector.

Edizione S.r.l. Shareholders’ ordinary meeting elected Fabio Cerchiai Chairman and Gilberto Benetton Vice President of the Company. Marco Patuano was appointed as Director of Edizione, replacing Gianni Mion, whose resignation was effective as of December 16, 2016.

Fabio Cerchiai will be elected Chairman of Edizione S.r.l. and Marco Patuano as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
