Investment case

Thanks to its solid position in the mobility infrastructure sector, based on long-term concessions, Mundys’s business model guarantees highly visible, predictable cash flows, with reduced exposure to economic cycles and significant financial stability. The concessions, often regulated and protected by mechanisms linked to inflation and a return on capex, offer structural protection over time.

At the same time, Mundys is well-positioned to tap into key global macro-trends: growing urbanisation, the green mobility transition and the digitalisation of transport systems. By investing in smart technologies and green infrastructure, the company is helping to drive the development of mobility at global level. This positioning means it will benefit from long-term growth trends.

Approach to ESG

Mundys integrates ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles into its strategy, recognizing the transformation of mobility as an opportunity to generate sustainable value. The Group is committed to promoting a new model of mobility focused on people's needs and aimed at maximizing positive social, environmental, and economic impact, contributing to the transition toward resilient, inclusive, and low-emission infrastructure.

The results achieved by Mundys in the sustainable management and development of infrastructure and in sustainable financing have received recognition from the World Economic Forum (WEF), which has assigned Mundys leadership of the financing pillar for the “Financing the Airports of Tomorrow” initiative, involving a number of the most important intercontinental airports.
