ESG approach

Olimpias has always opted for a culture of respect for and protection of the environment, prioritising efforts to safeguard the ecosystem via policies aimed at eliminating the use of harmful chemicals and their emission into the environment, reducing water use and energy consumption, and investing in energy production from renewable sources. The company also continues to step up the use of recycled materials in its production, and to reduce waste by promoting circular economy initiatives.
In seeking to achieve its objectives, Olimpias structures and manages engagement with stakeholders through the prism of its own culture based on ethical values, organises production processes with stable and permanent contracts, and constantly strives to improve employees' working conditions. Indeed, safeguarding health and safety is a fundamental principle for Olimpias.
The values shared in Olimpias' Code of Ethics are implemented via a governance structure that ensures a rigorous and transparent control system designed to protect the interests of all stakeholders.
Olimpias adheres to the International Labour Standards of the International Labour Organisation and the UN Global Compact, applies the most stringent environmental sustainability policies, has obtained many product (OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RWS) and process (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, OEKO-TEX® STeP) certifications, adheres to international protocols (ZDHC, BCI, CMIA), and invests directly in self-generation of energy through photovoltaic systems.
